Two different things
The Ultimate Car Battle Game (Car Battle) is an iPhone and iPad app. Play happens on the device. We do not ask kids for a name, email, or account.
This website (2moreminutesgames.com) is a public brochure and support page. Opening it is not the same as playing the game.
What Car Battle stores
The game keeps a little data on the device so progress and settings survive quitting the app:
- Sound on or off
- Battle Tower progress (which circuits a car has cleared)
- Hidden bosses unlocked for the garage
- A small count used if a Championship boss beat you, so the next climb can feel fairer
That save data stays on the iPhone or iPad. We do not run our own servers that receive gameplay, and we do not sell it. Deleting the app removes it, unless Apple keeps a purchase record for the unlock (see below).
What we do not do in the game
- No player accounts or sign-in
- No chat, friends lists, or talking to strangers
- No ads in the app
- No tracking kids across other companies’ apps
- No analytics or crash-reporting kits that send play data to us
Car Battle is built to play offline. Buying or restoring the full-game unlock uses Apple’s store for a moment. That is not “the game phoning home” to us.
Purchases
If you buy the one-time unlock (full garage plus Team, Tag Team, and Battle Tower), Apple handles the payment. We do not see card numbers, Apple ID passwords, or your App Store receipt details beyond what Apple shows a developer for a normal in-app purchase (for example, that the unlock was bought or restored).
Family Sharing, refunds, and purchase history are Apple’s systems. Restore Purchases in the app asks Apple, not us.
This website
The site is static pages (HTML). We do not put a login or a comment box on it.
- The host (Amazon CloudFront / S3, once the site is live) may keep ordinary logs — such as IP address and which page was requested — so the site can run and stay up.
- Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may see that a browser requested those fonts (typically an IP address and a referrer). That is Google’s service, not something we collect into a kids’ profile.
We do not use advertising cookies or a marketing pixel on this site.
Email you send us
If you write 2MoreMinutesGames@gmail.com, we see whatever you put in the message (and Gmail’s usual mail handling). We use that to answer you. We do not add kids to a newsletter from those emails.
Kids
Car Battle is meant for kids and families. We do not ask a child for personal information in the app. We do not condition play on giving us an email. If you believe a child sent us personal information in an email, write us and we will delete that message when you ask.
App Store labels
Apple also makes us fill in App Privacy answers in App Store Connect (the “nutrition labels” on the product page). Those answers must match this policy. This webpage is the Privacy Policy URL. The labels are a separate form — they do not replace this page.
Changes
If we add ads, accounts, or anything that collects more, we will update this page and the date at the top. Check back if you want the current wording.
